The 40/10 Run
On Steve Svoboda’s 40th birthday weekend, he — along with friends, family, and people across his community — will gather at a quarter-mile track to run, or walk, 40 laps (10 miles).
In April he was in Kenya and witnessed first-hand how many Christians there do not own a Bible. He didn’t want to sit back and do nothing, so he’s making his miles matter — running to put Bibles into the hands of those who don’t own a copy, in Kenya and around the world.
His goal is to see $10,000 raised to provide Bibles to the 9% of Christians worldwide — roughly 100 million people — who do not have a Bible of their own.

417’s Donut Dash
On Saturday, July 25th, Springfield, Missouri will host its very first Donut Dash.
On this “3-ish” mile run (alright — it’s actually about 4.2 miles, in the shape of a long John donut) you’ll hit 3 of the best donut shops in town, enjoy a donut at each stop, and earn a finisher 417’s Donut Dash patch.
The best part: every registration helps provide backpacks to elementary students across 5 Springfield Public Schools who need supplies for the upcoming school year.
Make your miles matter — and enjoy some donuts while you’re at it.
